...no, that I did a long time ago. I mean I finally Modded my Xbox. Actually, my brother gave me his broken one (error code 16). I installed the Xecuter 3CE chip with a Maxtor 120GB (7200 RPM & 8MB Cache) HD on the v1.0 box. It's taken me a long couple of evenings to get it done, but it's way worth it. I don't have to worry about the kids messing up the disks anymore or Halo loading extremely slow. It actually would load about 1/3rd of the way, then unload about 1/5th. I guess it really wasn't sure that it loaded that section.
The hardest part was trying to find all the info & tools. I am going to make a tutorial based on my experience. A guide from beginning to end using the methods & tools that worked for me. I know everything is out there (I found it all), but at any given time I had 20-30 tabs open in my browser. I'll be posting a link soon.
